Ending Of Another Phase

So today is April 23rd, 2022 and we are near the ending of our Aquarius phase with it being in the last quarter. With much hope and prayer, I hope the coming phase will be filled with love and success. It has been a rough year (few years I should say) and things seem to be getting better or at least I hope. It feels as though it will be darkest before the storm unfortunately.
Focusing on our goals and needs will be the top importance during this phase. Allowing us to truly grow like the plants in the above image, reaching upwards towards the light. I enjoy cultivating plants (cannabis is the first one I started with so far) watching them grow, feeding them properly and taking the proper steps that allow them to flourish. I hope to move on to vegetables later on this year but thats another story for another day.
During this last quarter phase of the moon, I find letting go of negative energy and using mediation for utilizing the power of letting go to be useful and effective during this time. Old, outdated habits that no longer serve a purpose will be extinguished and dissolved over a period of time.
As I previously said in other blog articles; letting go of negative energy helps us as individuals and as groups. We past on positive energy and it also draws in positive results. The waning moon phase is a great time to be thankful for our manifestations thus far and for letting go of energy that doesn’t serve us, ensuring our success for what we need during this phase in time.

When using mediation, I find it relaxing to light a candle and use a scent burner that intensifies the experience; allowing flow and positive energy to fill the space. Listening to the proper music that releases the negative, toxic effects and allowing a positive flow to be achieved through proper sound and frequency. The experience can be best during a waning phase of the moon and doesn’t have to be at night. This can be done in the day time, morning or night; anytime that works for you. These practices should be done in a way that is serving you and you should feel relaxed.
Find a peaceful spot with no noise, turn off the phone and avoid distractions to allow focus on your breathing. Breath in and out while clearing your mind of past thoughts and those yet to come. Try to focus on the immediate moment; the here and now (while breathing in and out), focus on your breathing while relaxing your mind and body together.
