100 Blogs Today and Counting

It seems like only yesterday….
In March I was looking at my life wondering what now? I couldn’t afford to keep my shrink and my best choice with work was to resign. (I did resign in the end of August from the Canadian Coast Guard).
Then I started looking at things differently, ad a hanged man on a tarot card looks at things upside down and from a brand new perspective. I guess thats what I did; I decided to look at myself without judgment of others.
I now know that everyone, no matter how big or how small, how thin and how tall? Each has something unique to share or teach everyone of us. We all hold the key to learning from and teaching each other. So why don’t we do this?
“Never doubt that a small group of people can change the world; for it is the only thing that has” — Margaret Mead
I always loved that quote since it is so true, so blissful with how society has to change sometimes. Our past was brutal and ignorant; as we still are today but we are all learning, all on a different path.

While recently deciding to take on a new hobby that is cultivating marijuana, it is amazing how good I feel caring for a plant. Actually, there are many ways to help your body release endorphins (the hormone that makes you feel good).

3 Top Reviews Of Healthy Living: Dr. Digital Techniques
- Cooking- is a great way to get those endorphins pumping. When we cook, we feel good and preparing food can be a healthy way to start your day. I enjoy a glass of wine or drink of scotch while cooking, since it helps me relax.

- Exercise- weather you enjoy jogging or walking on a treadmill; moving for a steady 30 mins can benefit you in many ways. Walking is not just good for the body but also helps the mind. So while you improve your physical self, you also improve your mental health. That’s like killing two birds with one stone.

- Meditation- taking 10 to 30 minutes a day and relaxing tour mind and body can help you reach a euphoria that is almost unbelievable but real. Meditation can help you focus, help deal with stress and also promotes clear thinking in mind and spirit. So take 5 or 10 minutes today and Meditate for your own well being.
